Chris Boyle

Prior to joining Moorgate Partners in 2009, Mr. Boyle worked in investment banking at JP Morgan Securities and Wachovia Securities in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications groups. Mr. Boyle advised on M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financings across a number of sectors, including U.S. pay TV, cable networks, digital media and emerging telecommunications. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Boyle was the head of Corporate Development for MTM Technologies, a publicly traded and venture sponsored company, where he led all aspects of M&A, capital raising and bank financing. Prior to graduate studies, Mr. Boyle served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy from 1994 to 1998.
Mr. Boyle received an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, and B.A. in Economics from Boston College.
